Chỉ người có nhiều tiềm lực, thế lực hoặc khả năng chi phối nên nói năng mạnh miệng, tỏ ra lấn át người khác. Cũng dùng để nhận xét kẻ ăn to nói lớn, tỏ vẻ có sức mạnh hoặc chỗ dựa.

Refers to someone with substantial resources, influence, or backing, and therefore speaks forcefully or domineeringly. It is also used of a loud, overbearing person who acts as if they have power or support behind them.
